A non-refundable deposit, tuition fee, transportation and food charges as stipulated in the Fee Structure of Foundree, and as stipulated in the payment schedule. I understand that these fees are not refundable even if my child is absent for one or more day/s.

I/We understand and agree that Foundree will have the right to levy a charge and/or interest towards any delayed payments, should I/we not pay the above mentioned fees on or before the due date.

All cheque payments must be made 5 working days before the child's start date. Bounced cheques / returned cheques will attract a penalty of Rs 350/- per cheque.

Penalty on Notice of Termination: I/We agree to give one month's written notice before withdrawing my/our child from Foundree; otherwise, fees in lieu of notice will be charged by Foundree and paid by us.

Any fees paid is non-refundable; only a refundable deposit can be refunded upon 30 days' notice. Any arrears of fees, if any, will be adjusted against the refundable deposit and the balance will be refunded.
