We enrolled our 3-year-old in good faith and paid fees for the term, however we had to cease attendance after just two days due to our child becoming significantly distressed, including crying and difficulty sleeping. This was extremely challenging for our family.
What added to our distress was how the situation was handled. There was a clear lack of communication, we had to follow up multiple times for clarity, and the only solution offered was that we continue bringing our child to care, as fees would not be refunded.
We proposed that the trial and two attended days be deducted, however the business refused to refund any remaining fees. The non-refund policy was not clearly communicated to us prior to enrolment.
We believe childcare providers should prioritise a child’s wellbeing and communicate policies transparently. Parents should confirm all refund and trial terms in writing before enrolling.

My child enjoys to go to foundree school.they are taking very good care of my child.he is learning at his own pace with no comparison and competition around in the whole school ,which is the best thing I like about the school.the teachers and helping staff are very warm and take utmost care of my child .Also the foundree app gives me the whole progress and food and activity updates of him which I really appreciate. A wonderfully clean and well-kept school with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The classrooms are bright and organized, and the staff clearly takes pride in maintaining a safe, tidy environment. Today my daughter's used socks, which had become very dirty, were found in her diaper, which she had worn for almost 3 hours. That is an infant daycare. Even after giving many instructions to this team again and again, this was seen today. We are shocked and shattered and frightened to keep it at the foundry. These people left us with no words today, what wrong has my daughter done to these people that they are behaving like this. Being parents...we can't even instruct them,....we can't even complain... Very very very disappointed. Always have to keep an eye on CCTV. We cannot rely on them all the time
