This position will be responsible forthe day today activities of the center and will ensure that the center
function is organized and efficient and produces operational efficiencies.
Responsibility

• She will be responsible for driving the revenue growth as well as brining in operational efficiencies in the Centre.
• Converting Inquiry into admissions
• Implementing Outdoor Marketing Campaign in their territory
• Should participate in Lead Generation activities by way of creating Events, Road Shows and in-center activity
• Staff Retention
• Comfortable with the given KRA’s/ New Strategies
• Parent Engagement
• Academic Implementation
• Visiting existing parents for child’s development
• Revenue Maximization
• Sales

Vice Principal

Location : Navi Mumbai/ Mumbai/ Thane Pune:: (Pimple Saudagar, Kharadi, Baner, Wakad)

CTC: ₹ 2,75,000 – 3,00,000 P.A.

Education: Any Graduate

Responsibilities:

1. Manage Entire Daycare Operations

• DCT’s reporting into her
• Non teaching staff reporting into her
• Program Management
• Groceries Management

2. Manage Administrative work at centre

• Data Entry in CRM (for both P.S. and Daycare)
• Follow Up on Enquiries
• Follow up on Collections
• Permissions to arrange for field trips or society events etc.

3. Handling Enquiries
4. Manage 3rd party relationship with the Activity classes
5. Works on the centre target along with the Principal. Principal along with the SL to define her targets.

Pre School Teacher

Location :  Navi Mumbai: Kharghar, Ghansoli, Airoli, Kamothe  Thane: Vasant Vihar Pune: (Pimple Saudagar, Kharadi, Baner, Wakad)

CTC: ₹ 1.80 – 2.20 lacs p.a.

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 1 – 5 years

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the curriculum and implementing it in the class. Identifying the needs and interests of the children
• Should have the ability to teach small kids
